Applied online, heard back a week later. Was invited to an email link to record myself and answer about 5 interview questions. Pretty standard interview questions. Some such as:
Name my strengths/ weakness?
Talk about your education and work experience etc.
After I passed was emailed a link to do a virtual role play test. Then, did a psychological questionnaire/ multiple choice test. After that, a short phone interview.
Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves

It was good but they did not want me because i did not understand the role which pissed me off a lot and i thought i got it cause i awnsered confidently

Entrevista
Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
