Phone interview followed by an in person interview. Mostly fit questions and experience questions. I was interviewed by the manager and supervisor of my area. They were very nice people and got back to me promptly.

Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves

Entrevista
Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
