I applied the job in March,2017, and received an email from HR a week later to shoot a interview video. Some general questions were asked, such as expected salary, availability, and related work experience. I passed the first round and then HR called to arrange me a phone interview by his colleague who speak another language and asked me to do an online test. The test was about their customer service system. Not difficult but need to be cautious and patient. The next day, his colleague, the second interviewer, asked me questions related to using Scotiabank's website and service, which I did not expect to and have no idea. This failed me in the second round and got email from HR the next day. The whole process took about 1 week
