Despite being referred and being the preferred candidate, I had to follow the traditional recruitment process which involved taking a step back to speak to the recruiter who was ill informed about the job and department making it a waste of time.

was nice, all run smooth during the process. Nothing was difficult, questions were pretty easy. I got the job and worked there for a period of 3 years, Very happy!

Asked for my unofficial transcript beforehand via email and told me that I might get shortlisted. After getting shortlisted, they scheduled an interview with me. Roughly went through my CV and asked questions regarding my work experiences and school commitments.

It is a fast and efficient process as compared to other banks. Seamless process in terms of interviews being scheduled to offer stage. It took about 1 month to complete the whole process.
