Entrevista
First Over phone interview followed by face to face interview. There was a group interview with the Hiring Manager & one psychologist, i guess who did not ask any question. Interview was followed by a computer test comprising of Advanced Excel testing. Excel test consists of Pivot table test.

Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves

It was good but they did not want me because i did not understand the role which pissed me off a lot and i thought i got it cause i awnsered confidently

Entrevista
Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
