The interview process was very good. The first round was a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager, then they gave me an Excel test and I had to present my findings in a PowerPoint presentation. The last interview was with the area manager. Throughout the process, I felt very comfortable. They were clear about the expectations of the position and the salary. I think they could have done a little more to explain the company's benefits to make the position a little more attractive.
