I started the interview process with my first round and it went well. I was scheduled for a second round, it was cancelled, and then I had to reach out to find out why. All they could tell me was that they couldn’t move forward at the time. Several weeks later, they reached out asking me to interview with a new leadership member they hired. The interview experience was vastly different between the first and second round.
Was a long interview process. The team restructured in the middle of interviews so I had to reinterview with multiple people after being told a decision would be made. It was a long waiting period between interviews and I ultimately decided to move on.
