Communication was mainly made through email. Then there was an in person interview. I sent a follow up email thanking them for their time and asked about next steps. There was no reply. Just an inconsiderate style of communication especially for candidates who put aside their personal time to partake in lengthy interviews. Basic respect would certainly be appreciated.
