Had a phone interview, great conversations that felt more like a conversation than an interview. I got an email a week later saying I didn't move on in the process, which is fine. Everyone was very kind and respectful of my time in the process. The salary was a little low, and I got another offer later that week with a salary that was almost twice as much.
