The interview started with a one-on-one with the hiring manager. Next I had a one-on-one with the Human Resources manager. It ended with an offer. All negotiations went through the HR manager and they accepted my initial salary ask.

The interview was long, with several questions that seemed repetitive. Both interviewers were nice and enthusiastic. I left the interview feeling very positive. They did not reach back out to me, even though they said they’d reach out either way.

After applying online, I received am email with a link to take a pre-recorded job interview. It has been over a month without a follow up email from HR. It is disappointing to not receive any update of where I am in the hiring process. Ghosted by a company that I thought was reliable and academically well known label for school kids.

It was a comprehensive interview with a lot of training. Mostly asked about my teaching experience and my ability to work flexible hours. How would you rate your communication skills? What are your weaknesses?
