Interviewed in Chicago, IL one on one with the head training manager. got a tour of the office and got to sit in with an account manager to get a feel for the job and ask any questions that I had.

A phone interview for the first round. The second round is a panel interview with 3 people. Behavioral based questions. They are looking for examples of how you solved a problem, helped a customer, worked well with a team.
