The Human Resources manager was a joke. He was not even in the room for most of the interview. The manager that I interviewed with seemed very knowledgable and was a pleasure to speak to. She took me around to meet the other managers and many of the key employees.

I was called out of nowhere for an "interview" over the phone. I dislike this method and love speaking in person. The questions seemed redundant and generic....can you think of a time when....? Can you think of another time when....?
