Have two interviews. One with general manager andsecond one with store leader. If you get the second one you will most likely get the job . Generally easy questions that most retail jobs will ask.

What will you do if you have conflict with one of your coworkers? What will you do if a customer wants something that you dont have in store? What are your greatestw weknesses and strengths?

Typically 3 interviews - on the phone and two in person. Length of process is average - not too quick not too long. Meet with HR and someone from the area
Fairly in-depth. They take applications seriously and want good quality people working for them. Be yourself, your best self, for your interviews, at least 2 of them. There were 3 interviews for me, and they took a couple of weeks and I had to be the one to call and move the process along.

How would I handle a customer that was unhappy with the service they received?
The interview process for Scheels is extensive, even for part time work. Two interviews were required prior to an offer. This interview process was one I had not yet been part of.
