Two interviews. First interview was about basic customer experience and getting to know you. The second one was more technical with a take home project. Also during the second interview, you meet with different groups within the department.
The process consisted of two interviews with two separate groups of 4 people. Lots of personality and situational type questions. Very few technical questions were asked throughout both of the interviews.

Three in person interviews and a take home coding project over two months to get ghosted. Seems like a decent place to work but the hiring process is unethical and unprofessional.

Applied online. Had a behavioral interview where they asked typical behavioral interview questions. They said I asked some good questions.
Didn't get passed to the second interview and when asked for feedback, I didn't get anything besides "we found a better candidate". Disappointing.
