I first heard about the company from a friend of mine I used to work with at Home Depot. I then went to their website and filled out an application online. Within a couple of days I received a call from them that the would like me to come in for an interview.I went in for three sets of interviews during the whole process. The was a list of terms used in various departments in their store that I was to fill out they're meanings. When they made me an offer to come to work with them. They said it was my smile and my focus on customer satafaction that they made their decision to hire me.
