Initially there was a technical test, that was less like a test, but over a full day's free work. I arrived at the offices based within Sky, the interviewing staff members were 20 minutes late which wasn't a good start. The interview was good - lots of technical questions and ensuring I was good fit. However my salary expectations were not communicated correctly by the recruiter and it was clear it was outside their budget. My biggest regret was doing the technical test. A test like this should only be a few hours and not be a compete deliverable.
