Very standard interview process, wherein I submitted my resume and cover letter via email first and was called to set-up a phone interview next. Following a phone interview, I went in for an in-person interview, which was enjoyable and easy. I did not get the job, but I did get a freelance position with them, which was very nice. I really enjoyed speaking with everyone I interviewed with and loved the opportunity I received to freelance there.
