Applied for the position on LinkedIn. About a week later, got an email asking me for my availability for a zoom interview. On the day of the interview, I waited in the zoom meeting for 20 mins, no one showed up. Later that day, got an email from the individual that was supposed to be interviewing me apologizing for missing the interview and then asked for my availability so that it could be rescheduled. The interview went ok. Asked me some questions about Linux and then told me about the position. They told me the next steps and advised that I would be contacted to do a tech assessment. After a week of waiting, didn't hear back so I assume I wasn't selected to move forward. I Should have paid attention to the red flag when no one showed up for the first interview.

The interview process took about two weeks. The initial interview was directly with a hiring manager, followed by a technical interview with a member of the team
To be honest my skills weren't honed enough to get this job as I did not have a ton of previous Linux experience. The manager was upfront about that but I somehow convinced him to give me a shot at the technical interview after a week of self-training. It may have been my enthusiasm for technology and obsession with the customer experience.
During the technical test the engineer I worked with was incredibly helpful and guided me through each answer as long as it took me to get there. He worked with me for about an hour!
I came out with more skill than I went in with, which is incredibly rare for a technical interview these days. Some people just scoff when you have a wrong answer or incomplete answer and then rub it in your face, these are not those kind of people!
I have great admiration for the manager and engineer I spoke with and I'm certain that if you have the skills that they are looking for, you will be very pleased with the interview process. I hope to work with them in the future since their technology seems incredible and it's clear to me they have extremely quality people in their ranks.

Initial - values, work history, meaningful conversations about what they hope to achieve for their customers and in their space.
Technical: Bash commands - pretty thorough Linux skills test that assessed your knowledge of the OS, routing tables, commands for searching and interfacing with data
