I applied at the end of August and got an invitation for an interview with a data engineer of the team mid November. The interview with the engineer itself was fine, he was nice and friendly. As promised, I received a case study that has to be submitted in 7 days. I worked on it, made the output pretty and wrote a good README file and submitted it. A week later aI got an template rejection email signed by a recruiter without any feedback on my submission. When I replied asking for a feedback so I can improve, they didn't reply me back. Their interview process doesn't show value and respect for your time.

First interview was very friendly and I had a good impression. After that I did a coding task and after three days I was rejected without explaining why. When I asked about feedback I was told that it's not possible. I was able to code the whole assignment and was hoping for a detailed discussion in a technical interview, but there was no such opportunity. I feel very uncomfortable for wasting 4-5 hours of my time for nothing. I read the reviews on Glassdoor and saw that I was not the only one. I think scalable capital needs to rethink the interview process.
