Entrevista
I loved the hiring manager as soon as I heard her voice on the telephone when she called me in for an interview. Interview was a group one. Questions were fairly standard. "Tell me about yourself and experience" "what do you being to the table?" "What would you do if there was an angry customer?"
Group interview lasted about an hour and a half. At the end, there was a tour of the store.

Interview was done in an amicable and official manner without any apprehensions and in a light way free from stressful or anxieties.questions were well defined and simple in understanding. Questions measured real life situations.

Entrevista
Phone interview, asked a few basic questions about experience and how solved basic problems at prior positions. Asked to come in for a second in person interview and tour a few days later then a final orientation before starting the position.
