Three step interview with each manager asking their own set of questions.
Last one was with Store Manager and they make the final decision. Basic interview questions.
Depending on which part of the store you are applying for dictates which managers are in charge of your interviews.
Some of the questions focus on your personal connection to either thrift or Value Village itself and they seem to want you to be atleast mildly familiar with shopping it or what it is.

I was asked simple questions about my previous experience and how I’m gonna be working at their company . And the interview was pretty straightforward .Abd they have a very nice manager at the store .

I had three interviews with three different people. Two asked the exact same questions, mostly questions; tell me a time when you.......
The third person asked me questions about my resume but it was clear she didn't read the resume.
