Similar to most companies, the interview process was in 5 phases. 1. Recruiter 2. Manager 3. Coding assessment 4. VP 5. 3 Hour onsite Experience overall was very neutral. Saronic is doing great things, but the facility and hiring team were not optimal. During my onsite interview, the first person didn't seem too pleased to show me around. The second person was about 15 minutes late. (First person dropped me back into the lobby). The third person was the only pleasant person to talk to.
