I was contacted by HR for the QA Manual position and sent me a link for online test. After the test, I got a mail with the test score (85%) and invitation for the F2F interview on weekend. As expected, they invited lots of candidates for the interview and with only 5 vacancy for the position. 1st round was technical discussion in which they asked everything about my project and process followed for Agile methodology. 1st round interviewer was very polite and asking appropriate questions. After 1st round was cleared, it was the time for the lunch. So panel went for the lunch and after their return my second round was conducted. By that time their vacancy was already filled and this was just a formality and there were still 20-25 candidates for whom even first round was not conducted. In my 2nd round the person was not at all interested talking to me. Just for the shake of formality he asked about my education and my family. And after this within 5 mins he said you can go and wait outside. After few mins HR came to me and told that your second round feedback is negative and you can leave for the day. Such a pathetic person. Dont call candidates if you dont have requirements . And please arrange those panels only for the interview who can atleast interact. Wasted 6.5 hours.
