Three stage interview. Starts with a call over phone second is an exam with other candidates in a classroom for about an hour. and last is a face to face interview.

Describe a time you helped an elderly with technology over the phone?
Applied online via indeed and had a video interview within about a month after applying. Not a difficult process and questions were mainly behavioural questions centred around communication skills and problem solving in different situations

I had a call from recruiter with some basic questions and then I did a digital interview with recorded answers followed by a call from recruitment offering me a role
