Applied for manager/senior position but got interviewed for staff...? Was told I did not have experience in the auto/loan finance industry but with my experience, I could quickly advance. I have over 8 years of accounting experience (managerial/supervisory exp as well) I rather stick to my known industry than start all over as if I just graduated from college. I politely declined as it was a complete waste of my time. They called me back the next day and offered me a "new position" that was higher and within the compensation range I originally requested on my application.

Entrevista
Fue bastante general y práctica, la persona encargada de realizarla muy amable. Por lo general el ambiente fue muy interesante y armonioso. Recomiendo muchisimo tener la experiencia si estan interesados en tener un acercamiento a este tipo de instituciones.
