phone interview procedure is very weak and not reflecting the quality of Santander that I imagined.
Interviewer background is very loud and distracting therefore she was hardly heard. It also feels like I am talking with telesales/callcenter rather than having a proper job interview. Secondly, most of the questions are not specified and clear by star technique.

Entrevista
Talent aquisition employee invited me for a WEBEX video call, she was 8 minutes late to connect via Webex and decided to initiate the interview via facetime. Extremely arrogant lady , she shared personal information and names from my existing coworkers. Not concerned about their privacy.
