Interview went well. The people that work there are nice and easy to talk to. I did not feel pressured or uncomfortable. They asked questions related to patient care and what would you do in a certain situation.

Entrevista
I had an interview scheduled for 9am on a Monday at the Pediatrics campus and arrived early at 8:50. I was left waiting in the waiting room until almost 9:15 until I was finally brought back for the interview, and there were zero patients in the building. As soon I was grabbing a seat in the managers office for the interview, she tells me that someone who was suppose to be helping with the interview didn’t show up and she would have to do all herself. I immediately felt this was unfair for my chances at landed this job. The interviewer had very poor communication and almost no knowledge of medical terminology and it showed when I was explaining how my past work experiences pertained to the job I was interviewing for. After about 15 minutes of “interviewing”, I was given a 3-4 minutes tour of the facility and was not introduced to any other members of the team which felt very awkward and uncomfortable. I was finally walked to the entrance and the interviewer just stared at me without saying anything, so reached out to shake hands and thanked her for her time. I was not given any further details about the job, and I never heard from them again. I can only imagine how the treat their own staff after the treatment I received at just an interview. Save your time and try Kaiser and Sutter instead, they have always been better than Santa Rosa Community Health.
