Automated personality test and logic test sent after application close date. Automated rejection and response that the logic test score wasn't high enough about a week later (must score at least 9 or 10 which according to the test is top 7% or higher of test takers). No other response or feedback received.

I received the one-way interview one day after finishing the logic/personality test, it includes some simple questions about yourself and your relevant experience. I'm not a STEM background student but i don't find it quite difficult. You could record not only once and you could review your short video so it's kind of easy.
