TLDR; wasted hours of my time then ghosted me 1st interview was in-person, should have been a call. Many cultural red flags throughout. Literally just a room full of developers with managers who used to be developers. Actively bristled and gave a sarcastic response when I asked about their software development life cycle. Overall impression is they are well and truly stuck in the late 90s. Nevertheless I progressed to stage 2, the take home task. Only it was 3 tasks clearly aligned to real work - free labour alert. Spent 4-5 hours on this and… never heard from them again. AVOID

I had done following: 1- HR interview 2- Self interview via web cam 3- Technical Interview 4- Online Test (under supervision) After investing my time, I haven't received any feedback from them (no email/call etc.)
