I didn't get the job as I didn't perform well during the interview - and thank god for that.
The interviewer showed up 15 minutes late to the interview with no apology. He seemed to have trouble understanding my former work experience, classifying it as "research" when it was anything but. He was also a bit condescending and said something along the lines of "Oh, so you've never worked on anything that has had an impact before?", which was an odd thing to say.
The interview itself was a case study involving some quantitative work. I didn't perform well in it. I left the interview with a weird feeling, and not just because of my poor performance in the interview.
I didn't get an offer, and when I saw the negative company reviews on glassdoor, I'm glad I didn't, as I probably would have taken the job if I was offered it.

Entrevista
First round selection was based on CV and 90 min short video describing our experience and why samagra.
Second round was concept note preparation
I was asked to prepare a concept note on how to achieve renewable energy targets set by central government by 2030.
They also asked to prepare and detailed work plan for the next 6 months including timeline for each task. All candidates were given 3 hour to write the concept Note
