I was rejected even though I prepared for the interview really well and thought I would be qualified. It was online and we had to go through basic personality simulation tests.

I was called in for an interview and went in the next day. I applied for Baker and packager. I arrived on time and then spoke with two department managers. I was approached about another position that was available. The interview was extremely short. I have 15 years experience in the bakery department and was never asked any questions about the position I was called in for. Worst interview ever. I will not be applying again with this company.
