Walked out with icing and cardboard to test my ability after telling me that none of my college education in hospitality and culinary were relevant, then brought all employees over to rate my icing work
The interview felt light and conversational, with only a few questions asked. It was mostly informative about the job itself, giving me a clearer understanding. The meeting was held casually in the café area.

The interview was in person. They asked about job experience and how many hours I'd be willing to work. It wasn't a very formal interview it was more of a conversation.
I recieved a phone call and asked if I wanted the position. Came in one day to speak with the hiring manager and had a short interview. At the end I was told my pay and number of hours I'd work, along with other benefits.
