There was an on-boarding process, and the interview was just relaying the details and duties of my job. Nothing to fancy or motivating. It has been a long time to recall my interview experience
The interview was basically nonexistant. I was essentially handed the job when I walked in. There weren't really any questions - it was more of here's what you're going to be doing in this role.

When I went in I was sat down at the cafe and the team lead came and asked me one question and I immediately got the job.and the day of my orientation day. It was an easy interview. I didn't had to have a second interview.
