The last lead was accepted for a management position. I applied on the work computer and took the leadership assessment test and passed. I was asked to go to the management office for a quick interview and was asked several questions regarding my experience dealing with specific situations regarding my organization and time management skills. I work in a fresh dept and gave several examples of my experiences. I was told several days later that i was passed upon because of my lack of experience.
