They reached out to LinkedIn, which is pretty straightforward. We had the first screening call to make sure if I am worth proceeding forward. They then connected me with the CTO. It was a easy flowing chat. Seemed to have gone well. Once the interview came to close I was told several times I will be reached out by the recruiter on next steps. Nothing. No one came back, no update. I reached out to the CTO and recruiter for any sort of feedback. I can understand, maybe I wasn't suitable, but if I am going t spend time to go through your interview process, it would be good to at least provide a status update. It would be quite handy to provide feedback too instead of just going completely dead during the process. Very very unprofessional. You cannot use "we are a start up, things are hectic". Do better.
