Online application & online personality test, had 2 interviews,background check and another interview. One of the first interviewers said I would be called the next day with the next steps. Received an email from 'Saia Management' indicating I was not selected for the role, but that they would keep me in mind for other opportunities. Very odd way to receive rejection, when all other indicators were positive.

The process was very good. Interviewed with 3 people. No concerns. everyone was very helpful. They shared a lot of information about the company. The process was very good. No concerns

Entrevista
The process was faster than most. If your application is accepted they send an email to do a typing test, test the speed of your internet, and a questionnaire. The first interview was a phone interview with a supervisor/Team lead. If selected they email you for a second interview which is a group interview. The group interview consisted of the manager, a supervisor, and two team leads. During the interview you are required to take a timed test. Interview questions were pretty basic and they opened the floor for you to ask questions. I would recommend not having so many people of management during the group interview. It can be very intimidating. Also, you should have candidates take the test prior to the interview. Taking it during the interview is awkward.

I had to go on the website and apply several times before I received a call for a interview. The interview process was short and I really like the supervisors there.
