I was invited to do a phone interview, and due to the manager taking a holiday right after, my face to face interview took a while to arrange. By the time that happened, they have forgotten the answers I have given to them over the phone on some interview questions. The feedback was given to me by the recruiter and even though I wasn't given the role, I was happy with the quality of their feedback.
