Like somebody else previously said, the interview process was very strange. As soon as I took the call, I was told they just needed someone great at the systems they use and to essentially ignore the job description. I found this very unprofessional to say to a candidate and the hiring manager played down the role (probably to justify a lower offer). Again, some of the questions asked were of a negative connotation and despite performing well, I felt like they wanted to catch me out or something. After reading the previous review, I feel like I dodged a bullet.
