I was recruited by Kelly Services-2 phone interviews followed by an in person interview within a couple of days. I was offered the position, but after Kelly Services on-boarding process they rescinded the offer as I had a Misdemeanor that was 4 yrs and 9 months old. Kelly Services policy indicates the Misdemeanor has to be at least 5 yrs old to be employed. Very unfortunate as it seemed to be a great fit for both Sage and I. I wonder if I was hired directly if Sage would have actually cared about the Misdemeanor

12/2023 - Recruiter Interview 01/2023 - Hiring Manager 01/2023 - Direct Manager 03/2023 - Team Member (Whole Team) There’s was quite a lot of inconsistency with the whole interview process. The length and miscommunication was very unappealing. The First Recruiter has mentioned that the role was offered to another candidate. A month later, they reached out for a 5th interview. Overall, the position was for immediate hire. I love the Company benefits and etc, but I’ve accepted another position when having to wait for a response.
