Consisted of: Interview w/ Director > Case Study presentation in front of two partners/directors > Chat with current trainees. So, it's essential that people understand that the CASE STUDY is so important. The interview is easy, just simple competency & interest questions you find everywhere nowadays. But the case study is a lot to take in, the hour flies by. The info is NOT hard to understand, but there is so much and its important to ensure you work as quick as possible within that hour to conjure up a good presentation. Finished off with 'trainee networking', which just consisted of a few current trainees sitting down with candidates and informally talking about what life is like at Saffery. I showed interest and asked questions in this part but, didn't seem to matter. Seemed like a 'paper' interview ultimately (tickboxes and checklists rather than confidence and interest).
BUT, recruiter was brilliant, didn't have to do AI interview, and overall welcoming and lovely office in brilliant location. It was genuinely fun to do, especially as you don't need to do a cringey group assignment, its completely individual and down to you.
