I applied online, they called me back in like 10 days to schedule an interview. I went to customer service and told I had an interview, waited at the Starbucks kiosk. Then we went to the back room into an office. The interview is really simple, just be friendly and honest. Part of the interview is for Safeway and a couple of questions was for Starbucks. The interviewer told me that I got the job. Then I had to take a drug test (cotton swab in mouth). Then I had to fill out some paperwork on the computer about taxes and stuff, bring your social security card and driver license for this part (permanent resident card of you're an immigrant). That's pretty much it.
Simple and straightforward with the usual questions they ask in an int er view. It was a fun job but stressful but mainly fun. Depends on your manager typically. Mine was fine

Pretty good, the manager makes you wait a little to test your patience but otherwise they ask you basic questions on your experience, though I was lucky enough to get a position on courtesy server.

One interview they request the legal paperwork including ssn, work permit if it is an international, previous experience was not needed. They train you for a limited time of hours
