Entrevista
I interviewed for Safeway at one of their hiring events, hosted at Goodwill. I interviewed with two women who seemed hurried and in no mood to get to know applicants. I wouldn't say they were outright rude, but they were certainly brisk and I did not leave the interview with an increased desire to work for the company. It was clear that they thought I was overqualified for the position.

Most questions had to do with explaining limitations of the job and asking if I was alright with them. For example, they explained that it was not possible to move to full time hours and part time employees are not eligible for benefits or perks of any kind.

They ask about your hours and questions like if you can work with people in a team or alone, they also are a union and do weekly pay, it’s a easy interview process at least for me
