After I applied online, I got a call and scheduled an interview after about a week. The interviewer asked me basic background questions like "have you ever been convicted of a felony?" stuff like that over the phone.

They ask about your hours and questions like if you can work with people in a team or alone, they also are a union and do weekly pay, it’s a easy interview process at least for me
