Entrevista
Simple interview asking about customer service experience. They asked what customer service meant to me and that was all. The rest of the interview was just a drug test and a walk around of the store.
Pretty chill. They ask about employement history. Ask about my dream to become a bagger. Ask how I like to bag. They ask if you’re going to be the best bagger. They ask how I feel about self checkout and ai.
In-person interview: Asked about some of my achievements, or when I had to use problem solving/leadership. It was pretty straightforward. Appreciated that I came dressed up a little. Discussed what the job would entail for me, and gave me opportunity to ask questions too.

Something along the lines of describe a time you had to be a team-player (show teamwork skills).
The interview was brief and was not intimidating. The questions were organized and predictable. Overall seemed like a supportive environment, the expectations were clearly stated, and any questions were answered.
