In person interview asking general questions about any previous cash handling experience, how you deal with difficult customers, why you want to work there, tell us about yourself, etc. I was offered the job on the spot and was told they’d call me about coming in for a drug test. I never heard back and when I called a week later they said they gave the job to someone else. Really poorly organized.
