Interviewed with the hiring director, 3 managers and 1 senior analyst on the team. 45 minute, one on one interviews all back to back. Given marketing scenarios, such as how would you try and get consumers to purchase xyz product or how would you target xzy shoppers.

Scheduled a phone interview with recruiter. He asked basic questions about my resume and my background. It went well. We set up a call with the VP of the department for the next day. This call also went well. There were a few more technical questions about my background but it was pretty easy. Then the recruiter got back to me and said they would like to have me in for a couple in office interviews. I came in and interviewed with 5 different people. They were all very nice. I thought I did pretty well. It took about 4 hours and ended with me speaking to the VP again. There weren't too many typical interview type questions. They wanted to know about difficulties I had a work and how I overcame them. At the end the recruiter said they were interviewing more people in the coming weeks. 6 weeks passed and I haven't heard anything, I followed up shortly after and got no response.
