I was originally hired as a courtesy clerk (bagger), but eventually become an assistant manager. There is room for moving up in this company. Interviewing manager was very courteous and didn't ask questions that were difficult.

My interview experience was pleasant and straightforward. I was asked a few questions relating to my background in customer service. One day of paid training followed the interview and I was able to quickly begin work.

Very Short and simple, was during covid so I think they were desperate for hires. I was hired on the spot. Was very casual asked like two questions for formality sake.
