I put in a paper application and was followed up with an interview date. I went in and spoke to the hiring manager who asked me basic questions. I had to take a mouth swab drug test during my interview as well.
In store, we sat down and they asked about my previous work experience and a few other questions. One interview and then a training day with computer modules before starting

They ask about your hours and questions like if you can work with people in a team or alone, they also are a union and do weekly pay, it’s a easy interview process at least for me
