Was notified by email to attend interview. All went well, lots of paperwork. They have me meet human resources, take drug test, fill out all form including direct deposit etc. I figure I'm hired. No, I need to take physical exam. It'll be a week before I can get scheduled. I do that finally, take the exam, pass no problem. I call HR, they say that they'll let me know. A few days go by, I keep calling, emailing. Finally I get a letter in snail mail saying the position is filled. No explanation. Not sure why they wasted all my time and theirs?
It was quick and easy not much else to say there was brief typical questions and then tests they make you take for some reason. Its just basic customer service survey that you use common sense for really.

They asked scenario questions, So if a fellow employee wasn't doing the cleaning up to the standards they have at this company how would you approach the issue?
Easy process questions regarding past experience and how would you react in certain scenarios the process is short and the questions are not hard to answer depends a lot on the manager doing the interview but most of the times as long as what you are answering make sense you will be good

Only went through a few rounds, it was pretty easy and seamless. Applied and got a call back on the same week to come in for an interview. The recruiter was very nice and thorough with the information.
