It was easy. I wanted to work at my local Safeway, applied online, and within a few days I got an email from someone in hiring. I called, and she called back within an hour or two.

I was asked for an example of how I worked well in a team.
It was very informative and I felt comfortable with the knowledge that my interview would be considered with the utmost thought. I did not land the position, but have no ill will, they were right in the deli did not suit me. A barista position was far more paletteable
pretty easy and straightforward tho didn't get the job. probably shouldve done more prep. didn't have much experience with deli work which may have been why i didn't get the job but oh well
